Dogs

Dogs are very welcome, we allow dogs to stay in our ground floor rooms

Dog Charge: £10 per dog per night, maximum of two dogs.

Please note that regrettably we will charge for any damage or mishap that may happen during the course of your stay

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations must be cancelled before 72 hours before the booking in order to avoid a charge for the full stay. If you cancel within the 72 hours we will try to resell your room and if we do then we will not charge you. However, if we cannot sell it within that time then we will unfortunately need to charge you.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. No charge is levied at the time of booking (unless you are taking a number of rooms and then we may ask for a deposit to secure the booking).

Arrival and Departure

Check in is from 3pm on the day of your stay and departure from 11am. Early check in and late check outs are available depending on room availability. For a later check out at 12pm or early check in at 1.30pm the charge is £20. Please enquire when booking.

Loss or Damage

Any loss or damage to items listed within the hotel inventory will be charged as required. The hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount for reinstatement of items found to have gone missing or to have broken.
