Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled by 3 days prior to the stay to avoid a penalty charge of the full stay, unless the room is resold. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. No charge is levied at the time of booking.

Children

We love children to stay, we are very happy to organise a cot or z bed where required. Please note that some rooms are too small to accommodate a second bed and where possible we will endeavour to put aside rooms together if that helps.

Charge for Cots: £40 per cot per night
Charge for Z Beds £50 per bed per night. Maximum 2 per room

We have very good baby monitors and are able to liaise with local baby sitters for you. Please note that they must be booked directly.

Dogs

Dogs are very welcome, we allow dogs to stay in our ground floor rooms

Dog Charge: £10 per dog per night, maximum of two dogs.

Please note that regrettably we will charge for any damage or mishap that may happen during the course of your stay
