We love our little slice of the Cotswolds and we’re sure you will too. We reckon a two-night stay hits the sweet spot. But hey, if you’re thinking of of a flying visit, no worries -you’ll still have a blast (we promise) – just brace yourself for that sneaky desire to extend your stay for another night (or two, or three).

Our pretty market town of Northleach puts you in the heart of the Cotswolds, so  whether you’re heading out to Cheltenham Racecourse, a leisurely stroll around Bourton-on-the-Water (aka the Venice of the Cotswolds) or thinking of a day trip to Blenheim Palace, you’ve got the perfect base here in Northleach.

Our team are local to the area and love giving their personal recommendations, so feel free to ask us for some little hits and tips when you arrive.

Check-in is from 3pm. If you arrive early and your room isn’t quite ready, there’s plenty of space in our cosy pub (or even the garden if the sun is shining) to relax, have a bite to eat or a little tipple.

Arriving early and want to head out? No problem, we’ll hold on to your bags until you’re back.

Check-out is by 11am.

Brekkie is served from 8am daily. If your room rate doesn’t include breakfast but you can’t quite resist, fear not, walk-ins are very welcome.

We’ve got lots of family-friendly bedrooms. Our Boutique and Bigger Boutique rooms can fit cots for the littlest of guests and many have space for fold-out beds (for the bigger little ones). Kids under 2 stay for free. 2-16 are £15 per night.

Four-legged friends are some of our favourite guests and our Boutique and Bigger Boutique rooms are dog-friendly.

Just add your dog to your booking (up to two pups can stay with you for £20 per night), and we’ll make sure they get a VIP welcome with a doggy hamper full of tasty tail-wagging treats, a doggy bed or blanket and bowl.

Since we hail from the era of carriages rather than cars, our parking space is quite limited, tucked away at the back of the building. If our spots are all taken, fear not, there’s always plenty of on-street parking just outside waiting for you.

The S7 & S2 buses both run from Hanborough Station to Northleach throughout the day, dropping you off just a 2-minute walk down the road.

We understand that plans sometimes change, so we try to make our booking policies super flexible. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 12pm the day before your arrival. If you cancel outside of this time or don’t show up, we’re sorry, but we’ll have to charge you for the first night of your stay. The only rate that’s not flexible is the Early Bird, this one’s non-refundable and non-amendable.
